At FinnStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original product packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
