Lapuan Kankurit Hirvi Beige / White Tea Towel

Called Hirvi (Moose), this print by Marja Rautiainen is full of Nordic cottage charm. Beautiful and functional, it will serve useful in drying hands and dishes as well as lining bread baskets. It can even be framed as textile art, or simply displayed by the hanging loop or folded over and oven door handle. The beige and white threads give the backdrop a soft beige appearance from afar, and a closer look reveals the beautiful detail with the same pattern in a reversed colorway on the opposite side. Made from a blend of bio-organic cotton and linen in Finland, it is woven with quality and expertise. In fact, Lapuan Kankurit is the only Scandinavian weaving mill qualified to use the European 'Master of Linen' logo on its products because of the fine materials and refined skill put into each product.
