This collection was the first to take flight in the 1972 when Oiva Toikka started on the journey of designing these beloved birds to be hatched yearly from mouth-blown glass. This refreshed Flycatcher is dressed in beautiful calluna colored glass with a green-tinted beak, adding even more charm and uniqueness to the timeless bird. The smaller size allows them to line up along windowsills and other nest-like nooks around the home or office. Each Flycatcher bird is made in Finland by skilled glassblowers at iittala's glass factory.
