Artek Kaari REB 005 Desk

Designing brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec were inspired by Aalto's patented L-shaped leg to create a component-based system for the Kaari series. In Finnish, Kaari means "Arch." The fluid outline has the lightness of a single pen stroke, but is sturdy with a strong design presence. It has 2 single pillar oak bases with steel half wings to give it even greater stability while saving space against a wall. A black linoleum tabletop serves as a sleek surface for working or studying, with your choice of a matching black lacquered or contrasting varnished oak base.
