The Story

Artek teamed up with TAF Studio to design the Atelier chair in 2018 for the new restaurant of the National Museum in Stockholm. Fittingly named "Atelier," it is meant to evoke an artist's studio and is wonderfully suited to work or creative spaces. However, the wooden chair is universal in use and also wonderful for restaurant or home dining as it is comfortable, compact, lightweight, and stackable. Clean-lined, it has the same timelessly modern clean lines that fans of Artek and Alvar Aalto have come to love.
